There is a 20% restocking fee on all items exchanged in addition to shipping fees. We highly suggest inspecting the hair to protect customer satisfaction. Please allow up to 10-15 business days to receive your order. After your order has been processed you will be notified with tracking information. There are additional fees required for extra services.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A WIG: If the wig of your choice is not listed and you would like to create your own custom unit PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING!
– Your unit will be completed in 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS, not including weekends or holidays. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, an email will be sent to you. Pictures will be sent to you before the unit is styled and after. PLEASE DO NOT to send multiple emails asking for updates on your unit.
– Pictures of your unit will be sent via email upon completion! Upon your approval, your unit will be prepared for shipping. If you require any additional changes, you must inform upon receiving your pictures. We will continue to work on the unit until you are 100% satisfied. Please be advised that this will cause delays in receiving your unit.
Your package will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided via email and a signature will be required at time of delivery.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LACE FRONTAL: Please allow all lace frontals up to 10-15 business days to make,our flawless frontals are custom and come ready to install. Customizing our Flawless Frontals requires a tedious three part process. All in which cannot be completed in one day, or overnight. Also please understand we receive tons of orders a day.
