Allure & More™ is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email or by phone. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your request. You also undertake that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of those goods and services on such form of payment. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. All prices advertised are subject to change without prior notification.
Allure & More™ may assign you a password and account identification, (otherwise known as a Login ID and Password) to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a Login ID and Password, you will be deemed authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A WIG:
If the wig of your choice is not listed and you would like to create your own custom unit PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING!
– Your unit will be processed in 1-2 business days, not including weekends or holidays and once shipped will take 10-15 business days to arrive. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, an email will be sent to you.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A LACE FRONTAL:
Please allow all lace frontals up to 1-2 business days processing time and 4-6 business days to to ship our flawless frontals. They are custom and come ready to install. Customizing our Flawless Frontals requires a tedious three part process. All in which cannot be completed in one day, or overnight. Also please understand we receive tons of orders a day. Although our customers satisfaction is our first priority all great things take time.
If you are purchasing to schedule an appointment with the Allure & More™ team please do not WE REPEAT do not select customization at the checkout. The customization process is already included in your service. Once the order is placed the hair will automatically ship to Miss. Allure for prep/customization. Please place your information in the checkout as if the hair was being shipped to you. Once your order has been placed please call (443)-353-7442 with preferred date and time.
If you are purchasing a non customized frontal, closure or hair please allow 1-2 business days for processing. While your item is processing you will get an ‘On Hold’ message once shipped your order will go to ‘Complete’ and if you are based in the United States you will receive your item within 4-6 business days.
Exchange Store Credit Policy
All sales are final NO REFUNDS Allure & More™ may grant exchanges based on customers circumstances. Hair that has been tampered with will NOT be accepted no matter the circumstances. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items exchanged in addition to shipping fees. We highly suggest inspecting the hair to protect customer satisfaction.

Allure & More™ takes the issue of privacy seriously. We let the user decide what information to give us, and explain exactly what is done with it. Allure & More™will never sell any personally identifiable information obtained from a user to a third party.
